The staff know the products and are very good at giving advice about what you need when travelling. The brand is expi but extremely durable and should anything go wrong items are replaced or repaired without CV any argument.

Very knowledgeable & helpful staff - particularly Richard (manager?) They're not just trying to make a quick sale but ask good Q's to work out what garments will best suit your use. If you don't own any Rohan kit, don't just go online, the trouble taken to go in store will really pay off. The cothing it's built for the outdoors by people who walk the same hills & fens as u do!So comfortable and robust. Oh they can organise repair of damaged Rohan kit too - promoting genuine long lasting clothes. Worth every penny (one pair of Rohan trousers will out last the average cheeper highstreet walking trouser by 3-4 times. Thoughtful kit by people who share the same love of outdoors.
