Burr Bridal was the first bridal boutique that Mum and I visited in our search for my perfect wedding dress. Kim was wonderfully welcoming and made us feel at ease straight away, as having not done this before, I was excited but also quite nervous. Kim has a fantastic eye for the right dress for your shape and has a beautiful selection of dresses and accessories. I can't recommend a visit to Burr Bridal enough, we had such a special day!

Had a wonderful experience at Burr Bridal! McKenzie helped me pick the perfect dress and veil for my wedding, taking care to stay within my budget, and I felt welcome at every appointment. They have lots of gorgeous dresses to choose from and the team was incredibly helpful throughout the process!

Highly rate this shop. Mackenzie was so lovely and helpful towards my mum. This shop was literally our last resort for my mums mother of the groom outfit. she couldn’t have been more happy with the outfit and service. My mum looks incredible in her new dress and feels very special and elegant in it. Mackenzie treated us like VIP’s and was so understanding in what kind of outfit my mum was looking for. when booking a weekend appointment at Burr Bridal you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund if cancellation has been made before 5 working days of your appointment (fully explained on the booking system), by email or via our website booking system, or messenger, all options are regularly used. However giving a us a vague idea of when a cancellation was made a choice of two date, plus not asking for the refund or to move to another date which is readily available when cancelling leaves us with no evidence of a cancellation actually taking place... and leaves an appointment empty which would have been booked by another bride.... To offer a certain customer the chance to provide us with evidence using a phone providers call history has worked wonders in the past... We are more than happy accept honest reviews and also respond...

Chose my wedding gown here and it was a great and relaxed experience, went back twice until I chose the right dress and then they pointed me in the direction of a seamstress and were also a great source of knowledge for any other local suppliers. Would definitely recommend.

Kim is very attentive and knowledgeable, would thoroughly recommend.

My sister brought THE most beautiful dress today for her daughters wedding. The owner of the shop was amazing really took her time , left us to make our minds up . Not rushed , really helpful and I would highly recommend this shop as there was so much to choose from Fantastic service

Kim is incredible, I can't thank her enough! I booked my appointment at Burr Bridal after being disappointed at another local bridal shop. We (MOB & MOG in tow) arrived a couple of minutes early, Kim was finishing up with her last appointment but let us in & explained she'd be a few minutes but our appointment would run on time, she left us to browse the sample section of the shop & came back seconds later to officially start the appointment. We all sat down & chatted about the wedding day, what I liked & didn't like in a dress, Kim explained about the designers she carried, the difference in styles & designs which I found so interesting & different to what I'd previously experienced - Kim also took the time to get to know my family who were with me at the appointment & those who weren't there. I showed Kim a picture of the dress I'd previously picked & whilst we all agreed the shape of the dress suited my body, it didn't have that initial wow factor I thought it would & seemed to look like every other generic dress you see for sale. Kim handed us some tags to mark the dresses we liked & we all started pulling dresses & discussing things before the trying on began. Every dress & veil I tried on at Burr Bridal was beautiful & I was so happy in what is now my wedding dress - I realised that that was the feeling I should of got at Karen Forte. I'm so happy that I got to say yes to my dream dress with my mum & future MIL there & I can't wait to wow everyone of the wedding day! The whole experience was a complete joy & I can't praise Kim & her lovely character enough - she really is the lady to go to!

Such lovely, helpful staff and the dresses were all so beautiful! I managed to find the perfect dress first try and I couldn’t be happier, definitely recommend!!!
