Would give 0 stars if we're available. Came in today with my young daughter to try on sandals and was not let into the children's section as they have a sale coming on, but nobody was even working there. A youngster at the till was beyond useless. My daughter was crying and they did nothing at all to help!

Convenient location to pop in before a food shop. It's just a shame that have to go upstairs for collections especially with a baby in a pram & a toddler in tow; there is a lift but it's tucked away at the back of the store, so have to manoeuvre past everything to get to the lift, & then the collection point is the other end from the lift once you get up to the first floor.
