Luis was amazing to work with. He truly cares about the person who is in front of him. When I spilled tea on my laptop, he walked me through everything that could be going on with the computer, so that I was fully aware of what was going on. He worked on it in record time, faster than expected. Even though my laptop wasn’t able to be fully restored without major fixes, he gave it his all to try and figure it out and getting back up and running for me. (And it did come back 10x better than when I had sent it to him). Super grateful to have him in this community and will be letting all my peers know about him if they have PC issues!

Quick and successful repair of my cracked phone touch screen, on a model that most other shops won't do. When I came in with two small, impatient children, they did the repair in two hours instead of the three plus they had initially said it would take. Realize appreciated!
