Excellent music shop on the outskirts of Cambridge. Easy to get to. Some parking out the front but ample off street parking. ABRSM centre and large selection of music to browse and buy. Also, can try out all the lovely pianos! Very helpful and friendly staff too.

By far the nicest music shop in Cambridge. Went into the shop expecting to need a new fine tuner for violin. Technician spent 20 minutes unjamming the existing tuner free of charge. What a great shop! Will be buying all my supplies here in future.

Great customer care service! Duncan was very informative, attentive, friendly, professional and he showed us round the showroom and left us to try out several of the beautiful pianos. There are also music books etc for sale. I would highly recommend Cambridge Pianoforte to others.

Friendly staff, plenty of book choices for piano, guitar etc. Not a great deal of stock pianos but probably covers most people's needs. Good exam centre with a private practice facility.

Friendly, honest professional people. Bought our piano there about 10 years ago. At the time they spent plenty of time going through everything with me, different options, pros and cons, etc. and gave me a very decent deal in the end. I have since used their piano tuning and moving services as well as bought books and other things there too. Always helpful. Always friendly. Never did I feel I am dealing with a salesperson trying to make a sale.
