Miller Music gave me excellent impartial advice. Although I did not buy from them directly they advised me on a purchase with an alternative supplier which I am very grateful for. Thank you Miller Music

4/ 5

I have a nice experience with Miller shop as we have got enough information in the first appointment which led to buy a Kawai digital piano and a stool. The stool was never arrived. The communication and frequent email exchanges through Jeremy was helpful. However, I ended up to replace the discounted new brand stool which has never arrived with a second hand stool from their shop (it looks new but still it is a second hand one). This is the main reason that I give them 4 starts, otherwise they would be 5 stars as they are helpful and try to solve the issue.

The sales person is very nice until the point you made the payment. I made the full payment for a new piano and a stool at the end of September. On the day of delivery, only the piano was delivered and without letting me know a stool was delayed. No one ever got back to me regarding the undelivered stool, promised postal tuning service and certificate for the piano. It's nearly three months now nothing has happened as they promised. I chased so many times but Oliver still not coming back to me. I think he is busy serving new customers to get them make the payments. Millers Music has no after service and never deliver their promises. Be aware what their promises!

Fantastic customer service! Simon was very helpful, friendly, professional, informative & knowledgeable. There were quite a selection of pianos in the showroom & we could try them out. We would highly recommend Millers Music to others.

Their salesperson are very good, beware of that. Better know your instrument inside out and well research before talking to them. We bought some pre-owned instrument from the shop, turn out great disappointment. The instrument was great, but they are way overprice, and to my shock one of the clarinet they claimed was made of wood is actually made of resin. Could have bought a brand new with their price.
