Inter-let Property Management cambridge

Eliza, who was our lettings agent, was amazing! She always responded to problems so quickly, and got them fixed to a really high standard. She is really responsive by email. She is very reasonable when it comes to deposit issues and wear and tear, etc. She really went well above and beyond the call of duty for me when she searched the whole house (after I'd moved out!) for my missing passport!! Thank you Eliza!

I lived in a flat managed by Inter-Let for almost a year when first moving to Cambridge. Penny was very helpful and did an excellent job of managing the property, I've never been more pleased with a letting agency!

It is such a shame that an independent agent could offer such poor service. I've just completed a 12 month tenancy in a property managed by Inter-let. I've spent two weeks negotiating with James from Inter-let about return of our deposit. There was one remaining disputed item to be resolved (a carpet , max value £200). James has only returned £390 of our £3690 deposit (4 days later than the deadline set by TDS). James stated in an email to me "I am not part of this. Your dispute or agreement is solely with the landlord and can only be solved with the landlord or the TDS if you go down that route." I have never spoken to the landlord. All my negotiations about return of the deposit have been with James and Inter-let. It is shocking that Inter-let seeks to absolve themselves of their professional duties. I'm not sure what James thinks he is paid for. Inter-let act like a letting agent from the 1970s!

The Inter-Let team are extremely responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. My partner and I inquired about some properties to rent in Cambridge. James and Eliza helped us through the process. They each replied very quickly (even getting back to us on weekends), arranged a viewing also very quickly and easily (even during lockdown), and went above and beyond to help us through the process as potential renters. In our search for a place to rent, we have contacted multiple agencies, but none have provided such good customer service as they have. If I had the opportunity, I would choose to rent from Inter-Let over to any other rental agency. Their service is the best.
