Very much recommend Turney & Associates if you need any help with getting a mortgage or insurance. They have been excellent and always kept me in the loop with all that was happening. As well very friendly and felt at ease to get in touch with any questions I had.

5/ 5

Recently purchased our first home and the team at Turney & Associates, in particular Nicky, was brilliant throughout. Informative at the start, and always quick to respond to queries and submit applications when we'd decided to proceed. Definitely worth the fee for all the hassle they saved us, would highly recommend.

Mark and Elaine were really helpful throughout the process of buying our first house, found us a great mortgage and even helped chase the Solicitors when they were being slow.

I am trying to be fair but I don't see anything positive really, apparently they are struggling with the business and trying to source the deficit from poor customers. I had an application which hadn't gone through due to some difficulties we had with the lender and Turney forced me to pay them in full. Such a shame really. I never recommend Turney to anyone. If you end up working with them, try to read through their T&Cs carefully. It is in their email as an attachment, but they don't refer to it anywhere in the email!
