Everyone at Morris Armitage, including Jamie Morris himself, has been unfailingly helpful, courteous, kind and cooperative - they have made the whole process of letting a property as easy as could be, even under occasionally difficult circumstances. The contrast with other agents whom I have rented from has been salutary - MA are by far the best in the business! If I ever needed to rent, let or sell in the Cambridgeshire area, I would always turn to Morris Armitage first; nowhere else even comes close. Highly recommended.

We were fortunate to be living close to the Morris Armitage office in central Cambridge, as that gave us an opportunity to routinely have a look at their featured properties, on our way back and forth. Their fees are competitive, and their professionalism of the highest standard. They have a refreshingly collaborative approach, always open to input. They are responsive to concerns from tenants and proprietors alike, carefully select repairmen, when needed, and mediate well on all matters. As an example of their effectiveness, when our property was unexpectedly vacated before Christmas, they went into high gear and had it rented in a couple of weeks. Restored my faith in estate agents, through honest, transparent service. We had a terrible time with another agent (see my other review) withholding information which resulted in wasting 17 weeks on selling our empty property. We explained the situation to MA, Jamie was really helpful and informative (he knew about the area and the property, taking a genuine interest in finding out about both).
