Do yourself a favour and avoid this cowboy operation. Everything about them is geared towards them

1/ 5

Do yourself a favour and avoid this cowboy operation. Everything about them is geared towards them as a business, with some of the worst customer care you will come across. Expect to wait at least 30 minutes before you will even be let into your “luxury serviced apartment” where you can expect temperatures stuck at 31 degrees, damp peeling wall paper, pieces falling off the shower and an under equipped kitchen. During your stay try to make a single coffee sachet and one loo roll last for an entire week, and you won’t be disturbed by any cleaning staff as they never visit the room. Wifi was previously included but now isn’t as “if it breaks you’ll just be phoning us all the time to get it fixed”. Any previous promise of discounts discussed in advanced will be ignored. Expect to call at least a dozen times before you can speak to anyone, but that’s your only option as answer phone, text and email messages all seem to be ignored. Cambridge is a great place to visit and with plenty of places to stay your best of spending your over £100 per night somewhere other than this.

The landlord is a horrible rude man,. I was given an old worn apartment, luke warm water, unworking washing machine. He arrived 2 hours late to hand me the keys! I was unable to ever contact him again as he never once answered his phone for the entire 2 weeks I had paid upfront for! Please don't go through what I had to endure. Worst holiday ever! I will never return to Cambridge as I have such bad memories thanks to Nobleo Apartments.

I made a booking for a room 2 weeks ago, I have been trying to contact the apartment ever since! 7 emails, countless phone calls and no response. They have however had the audacity to take the £389 for the room but no way to contact or confirm the booking. Disgusting service, will be pursuing a full refund! Let's hope the owners read this and finally contact me

I had the misfortune of experiencing the full Nobleo apartments ltd experience.. I parked my car in the empty car park attached to their premises while I stretched my legs while waiting for the landlord to meet me with keys (he was late) and to my astonishment he let my tyres down without asking who I was! The week that followed was full with disappointment and the landlord went off the radar for the rest of my visit. Broken furniture, rotting half eaten chicken in a kitchen cupboard, uncomfortable bed and noisy neighbours. It was a week of hell!
