Appalling in every way. Carter Jonas exhibit everything you dread to deal with when you imagine a stereotypically bad estate agency - hidden and unjustified fees, passive aggressive and condescending staff who obviously have no passion for their jobs and are past the point of caring about assisting customers, unless it involves taking money from you. I have no intention of using them again for anything.

Worst estate agency we have ever dealt with. We rented a let-only property, but still had to pay ridiculous check-in and check-out fees when we were not even 'invited' to the check-in and or the check-out. In a dispute with the owner at the end of our tenancy we did not have a chance to make our case since they were (obviously) on the side of the owner.

For me, I think you should just keep doing what you are doing.

Carter Jonas customer service is poor and neglecting. There property management is terrible and inefficient. Their communication skills are awful. Do not water your time and money with them.

I have had another great experience with Carter Jonas. Great communication. Once as a tenant now as a landlord. Have recommended to family and friends who are also pleased with their great level of service.

They will find poor excuses to not show you the houses and will not even make an effort to deny that it is your non-English name putting you at the bottom of the list.

Terrible customer service for tenants. Hidden fees everywhere, rude staff and contradictory emails that mean you spend weeks trying to figure out where you stand. If you're going to spend all that money renting in Cambridge, you might as well pay a decent estate agent and not Carter Jonas.
