Seriously, these people Were not polite with me, I had stayed in one of their managed property, though the place was good but their service was impolite and avaricious, I mainly changed my house because of their behaviour. People be careful while renting out from them coz they do have some good houses but they don’t reveal a lot of things unless you ask and they charge more in terms of administration fees. They would also pose liability on you even if the things were already broken or repair, so you got to be particular about that and check properly while moving in and if some thing breaks or stops working just by regular usage you have to make multiple calls and mails in order to fix it. If you guys really like their property take these all into consideration or find a better property agents.

I had a very good experience so far with SAB. Rented a studio with them. So far i can say they were super profesional. I viewed several properties with Leah, who was really kind, clear and helpful. Always polite and with a smile. Thorburn helped me throughout the whole renting process, answering all my questions (emails and phone calls)... and helping me with everything! Always polite and ending with "have a lovely day" Both were really kind and kindness, when at a lost looking for a place to live (in a new country), must not be taken for granted. Thank you guys. You are a great Team!

Avoid Deserve negative review I regret dealing with them

I have had a wonderful experience with the SAB team so far! They were very helpful and understanding during a move in date miscommunication, in which the team (mainly Mr. Thorburn) came up with simple and time manageable solutions to fix the problem. They are extremely responsive to all my questions and concerns, working diligently to provide me with solutions to my problems. All in all, a great process! I highly recommend them!!

Sab is a textbook example of an agency that puts their own interests so far above the tenants that you cant help but feel violated by them after they scramble for every penny they can possible squeeze out of you. Frankly my advice to anyone reading this review is to actually listen and avoid interacting with this scam of an agency entirely.

Very disorganised, took me to the wrong property to view, wasn't bothered about it, didn't offer a good service at all and completely wasted my time.
