Radcliffe & Rust cambridge

I bought a flat through Radcliffe and Rust in 2014. They were really pleasant to deal with throughout – easy to get hold of, friendly and informative. I hated that flat. Buying it was the biggest unforced error I’ve ever made in my life. I’ve recently sold it and, during the process of selling, worked out that I must have paid at least £20,000, maybe £30,000, more than it was worth in 2014. You should never forget that estate agents work for the seller. They did a great job for my sellers: I paid a lot more than it was worth for a flat that never suited me and was never made to feel like a fool by R&R while I was doing so. The sale went through really quickly but I never felt they were rushing me into my huge mistake. Can’t fault them.

Recently moved out of a property rented through Rad and rust and I will say that the experience from the moving in to the moving out has been one of the best experiences I have had renting in Cambridge. Craig from beginning to end has been fantastic and helpful whenever needed. Any queries throughout the tenancy were dealt with quickly. Would definately recommend to anyone looking to rent in Cambridge

Really Excellent! If you want a straightforward, personalised and efficient service then go to Radcliffe & Rust! We currently rent a beautiful little flat from them that we moved into in April. Being students, we found dealing with a lot of the big letting agencies in Cambridge a real pain, often being lied to about fees / shown inaccurate pictures of properties / being sent to view totally inappropriate properties. Renting from R&R has been a breath of fresh air; both Richard & David are friendly, honest and approachable. They have provided us with useful help & advice many times before and since our move, and have always been very quick to sort out any problems we have encountered along the way. We've sold our property with Radcliffe & Rust this fall and we are glad that we had Richard on our side to get this done. The beginning was a bit bumpy with Lauren (an agent who left a few weeks later), but Richard really made us feel that things were under control. We have used Radcliffe and Rust for both buying and selling a house. In both cases, the service from Richard was excellent. He was very proactive chasing the other parties and sorting out problems. His communication was excellent and he responded to emails, texts and calls promptly and outside of office hours. Given previous experiences with estate agents, I was very pleasantly surprised.
