My partner, Ben, insisted I tried a Ben's cookie. We went in with high spirits and was greeted with a cashier who couldn't give a damn and obviously didn't want to be there. Terrible service, average cookie.

Great cookies. The queue was out of the door but it only took a few minutes to be served. They were running low on cookies but there were still plenty of flavours to pick from. We were happy with our double chocolate cookies and oatmeal and raisin cookie. Having been to Ben's Cookies in London in the past, I'm used to them selling them by weight. Here, they are selling them at a flat rate (currently £1.65 per cookie, offers available on boxes of cookies).

Love all the different flavours. I’d recommend the milk chocolate! Staff were attentive and friendly. The store itself is really small, and only really allows for 2 customers in there at a time
