I love Nationwide. I have always found them fair and helpful when you need them. I have never encountered a troublesome staff member and I have been with them for around 25 years. I only use Nationwide and would recommend to anyone. Also their internet banking is straight forward and designed in an excellent manor for ease of use :-) x

My case is very special, refused by almost all other banks. When I feel helpless and exhausted, they solved my problem. And also the staff gave me an appointment the same day. Really nice and helpful.

I visited the branch today, just before noon. The young man on the customer care counter was like a ray of sunshine. My case was dealt with within minutes, he was polite, friendly and a credit to the branch. Unfortunately, I didn't get his name, but you must know who was on duty at the time. He deserves a pat on the back at least. Helena Martin

Came in on a weekday to cash a cheque and had a mixed experience. The staff were great with not too long of a wait. However a mask-less, homeless junkie forced his way to the front of the line of about 4 people. I didn't say anything for fear of being attacked by the clearly deranged individual but he was obviously making people uncomfortable. The highlight was that he couldn't withdraw the money he was after as it hadn't been deposited by his brother yet. A fact he was not shy about as he was speaking so loudly he practically announced it to the whole bank. Guess you'll just have to put up with the cold sweats and cravings a bit longer my putrid friend. Well done to the staff for handling the situation.
