Amazing food! Brunch here is a must- the Turkish eggs are my favourite. The fresh bakes never disappoint too. The cafe is small but you can usually get a table. The staff are lovely and friendly and are willing to accommodate to any need! There is seating outside in the summer. Overall, a great small cafe with a chilled vibe! Haven't been to one of the cooking classes yet but I would love to.

Now that Mark Poynton is cooking on a Friday and Saturday night at the cookery school, it has been great to have the chance to eat his food again and to see him cook every dish too! We had the Saturday five course tasting menu on our first trip and every dish was delicious. Flavours were deep but the dishes were never heavy so the overall balance of courses was just right. The atmosphere was very relaxed and friendly, and service was excellent. The wine list is short but well put together. We subsequently have tried the Friday night a la carte menu - equally good!

Drinks pleasant but nothing special. Food overpriced (e.g. £9 at lunchtime for a focaccia sandwich is an example of overpriced Cambridge pretentiousness) and no reason for pickled capsicum rather than fresh. Service very slow - more than 10 minutes to be served a coffee and already prepared cold sandwich isn't good enough

Fabulous cooking experience. This is an amazing place. 24 of us went for our work Xmas adventure. It was a truly fun cooking afternoon and evening. It started with being greeted with prosecco, followed by teams of us cooking a festive Italian feast. The staff topped our drinks, gave us top tips on focaccia, pasta and panacotta making. We laughed the whole time. The menu was well planned to hone our skills and the ingredients were fresh and interesting, I could honestly say a more fun xmas work "do" we all agreed we had never had. Once cooked we sat down to enjoy our creation with an excellent selection of wine. Nothing was too much trouble, they helped where necessary, a super bunch of ladies. I cannot recommend this experience enough. After the whole event we relaxed into the evening. They do have Friday night food and drinks I believe and it was packed all night, with a great atmosphere. A fun enjoyable time had by all and we left with recipes and a new set of skills. Tremendous.
