Amazingly helpful and went above and beyond. I popped in as my oil light came on; the staff ran it through the computer and collected the oil for me then when I said I was nervous and unsure what I was doing - the staff (really sorry I didn’t get her name) came out to help me and she also helped clear up with blue roll and fill my screen wash. Just when I thought she couldn’t be anymore helpful she noticed a large bird poo on my car and came out to clean it as she advised it would damage the paint work - WOW! What an absolutely lovely person!

Excellent when they are open. Oddly not open when I visited at 8.45am today although their website and the sign on the door said open at 8.30. Pity because it's a good shop.

I live just across the road and have been using it frequently as I have a car project I am working on. The staff are always incredibly enthusiastic to help (especially a man called Ken) the prices are lower than halfords and the staff know the products there selling. I have called them before closing and Ken has stayed a few minutes later after closing to allow me to arrive and get essential tools. Highly recommended

Been going here since I was 10years old. And my dad used to take me weekly before that. As our family are car enthusiasts. The same lady has been serving us for years and years. Today she refunded me for a dodgy can of underseal. Absolute lovely women. Always sorts stuff out bless her. Thank again. James @pippas blinds

This is a good shop helpful staff a good range of products I have used them for a very long time parking outside the shop. Sensible money.

I have a classic car and went in for some advice, goodness..... talk about the fount of all knowledge. Walking encyclopaedia...... thoroughly recommend plus their parts are very reasonably priced. 🙋🏽‍♂️

I recently had a new tyre, inner tube fitted as I had an expected puncture and the tyre was worn. This was for the back wheel. Five months later I had the same for the front wheel, new tyre and inner tube. I quickly noticed that the back tyre would slowly soften / deflate. I tested the valve and noticed air bubbles when I dipped my finger in water and held close to the valve. I called Wilco in Cambridge and explained my Predicament and was told it could be a number of things and is one of those things...And that they did not do warranties. I was disappointed as I believe the issue was with the valve...and Wilco should have requested to have a look at my cycle to rectify the issue. I later took my cycle to ‘Halfords’ who carried out a free cycle assessment. They advised that the rear tyre was not fitted correctly or aligned. The front tube and ‘valve type’ was incorrect for my cycle...Wilco had fitted this and I did wonder why the valve was so long!! So with this knowledge I feel disappointed with Wilco for not taking responsibility of the issues I experienced with my cycle. I feel a tube should last more than six months...and that they should have rectified the problem. I will be going with ‘Halfords’ for future cycle repairs / issues as they are more competitive and thorough with cycle repairs, .assessments and repair costs...

I went to the store because my bicycle brakes were not working properly. The staff was very helpful and friendly and changed the cable at the time with a good quality-price. On top of that the guy also added some oil to the chain as it was getting dry. I highly recommend this place for bycicle repair.

Want a nice bike at a great price, forget Halfords, service and price are excellent and I have had the bikes for some time now and really happy with them, the one i bought at Halfords totally different story. The Assembly service is done properly, Halftords was a joke in comparison. Service, variety and good price all 5 star. This type of service is hard to find these days.
