Very good service from engineer and customer services. Made particular effort to ensure my windscreen changed quickly and efficiently. Due to travel abroad when windscreen cracked. Unable to get mobile technician to me within my timescale. Arranged appointment at my nearest depot. Excellent service and job done!

very good service. Charged half the price that autoglass quoted me for a windscreen replacement! Technician arrived within the stated timeslot and was done within an hour, would recommend.

AVOID! My insurer commissioned this company on my behalf. It was difficult to book an appt and I had to call multiple times to get a time confirmed, furthermore the earliest appt wasn't for two weeks. I arrived at my allotted time to be met by a glass-fitter who seemed surprised to see me, and disgruntled that he might have some work to do at 4pm on a Friday. He looked at the wall clock, looked at my car (from across the back of the garage) and immediately said "we don't have the right glass for your car - you will have to re-book". My insurer then notified a different company at 4.30 - they called me back immediately and I am booked in for Monday. If your insurer tries to send you to Auto Windscreens ask them for a different provider!

Booking was easy. However, the engineer was late on the day having initially bought the appointment time forward but didn't show till much later in the day without any communication of the change. Great service on-site but I had paid an excess in expectation of a windscreen change. This was converted to a repair and the engineer said that my £75 would be refunded within 10 working days (why? I can make an instant transfer from my bank account). After 10 days nothing so I chased the refund and eventually got through to a nice lady on the phone. Not her fault but the refund had never been requested. IF I HADN'T CHASED them then Autowindscreens would have kept my £75 for DOING NOTHING. Got the feeling that this happens all the time and people forget to chase or give up trying to get through on the phone. Now waiting another 10 days for the refund. Part great service, part truly awful/borderline dishonest.

After initial mess up with our booking at having to phone 3 times to get my booking confirmed by email . Had an appointment for Wednesday 3rd March @ 13.13 bizarrely. Which we had to wait 2 weeks for and meanwhile car failed MOT on the Windscreen. 1 hour before appointment they called and cancelled as had ordered the wrong screen . Had to wait yet another week . In which time I sent an email to head office on 3rd March referencing the shambolic way we had been treated and got no response. Screen fitted on 9th March and fitter was extremely efficient and polite. Incidentally if I had cancelled 1 hour before appointment I would have forfeited my £75 deposit yet they do it without any care .

Very efficient, moved appointment forward and everything was explained well. Seal came up as expected.

Quick , polite and looked professional

The people who fitted the windscreen are great and I have nothing but praise for their careful and quick work. Sadly the bookings are managed elsewhere and there it's a case of cancelled appointments, changed times, lost information. In short, you might wish to choose another provider unless your insurer is paired with them so you don't have a choice.
