Halfords Autocentre Cambridge (Coral Park) cambridge

First time using Halfords for my MOT and it was better than most garages I've used. Turnaround time was excellent, including the additional work needed to get the car passed, the reception staff know what they're talking about and are dead helpful so all in all the experience was stress free. Only criticism is the lack of a decent waiting area, as there's only a couple of chairs directly in front of the reception desk to wait on.

Great MOT service experience! I was looking for a place to do our car's MOT and all have quoted me £50+ so when I went online and managed to book the test at Halfords for £35 I was super pleased! Of course I was a bit suspicious as I always am when things are cheaper than anywhere else... bu after reading the online reviews, I thought I would give you guys a chance! I am so please I did as the whole experience has been a bliss. Quick, efficient and very positive.Great availability, quick booking online, smooth payment and then the experience at the center - great! Everyone very helpful and professional. The car was booked for 15:00 and we picked it up around 17:00 when other places said it might take the whole day or I would even need to have come back for it the next day (!) There were some small advisories but they didn't push for any fixes, just informed us. OVERALL - Well done!!! I will definitely be coming back! Fantastic! :)

Even though my car didn't pass the MOT they were fast, clear and make me aware of the issues. In fact, I did book the MOT/Service and they charged me only for the MOT. Really trusted and great service!!

I arrived for my mot and the guys were lovely and very helpful, nothing was too much trouble and the guys were very knowledgeable on all the questions i asked. I would definitely recommend to take you car there i was very impressed with the garage.

Great service, friendly people

Car was booked in for a winter check for 10.30am - we dropped it early and agreed to return after 11.30am - returned at 11.45 to be told it still had not been done - so had to go off for a further 45 mins around the retail park with two children. Free check was good but their time management was rubbish fortunately we did not have anything else we needed to do that day.

great quick service. MOT'd my van at short notice, will definitely use them again.

I would say from welcome greeting to deliver car after service was in a high professional manner. on top of it is all free. You can't expect who can do more than that even you paid to the service. The opinion and advice is very honest. They are not calling people by telling it is a free car check, then advising people to change certain service parts and take money from them. Definitely I say it is very genuine, If you don''t want change the part they say how much worn that part has and when would be a due to change. Extremely like this place and recommend to all my friends to try atleast once. Then they will go regularly.
