Fantastic service from David in the sales department who really went the extra mile to ensure we were buying a car we were going to be happy with long-term. In the end he did such a great job he talked himself out of a direct sale (we purchased a used Škoda from a dealer that had the right spec in stock); however, his honesty and professionalism will keep us coming back for future purchases. Great experience and follow-through overall.

We never actually intended to look at a Skoda to begin with, we had stopped to visit the VW showroom originally. That said, we looked at a couple of Skodas on the forecourt and were welcomed in and shown around the showroom. We took an Octavia for a test drive, and while it wasn't the perfect car for us, our rep David did find the right car and emailed us a detailed overview. We took that car for a test drive and ended up making the purchase. Very happy with the service, and any minor imperfections in the car were corrected before collection.
