They do a good job if a bit pricey ,but then if you goingvto have an expensive car,maintenance costs go with it .

Had an absolutely amazing experience with German Tech just before the bank holiday. My passenger window had been smashed by some scum, really didn’t expect to get it sorted so soon but on my first call at 7am Mark said they would try their best to fit me in. By the afternoon the glass was on its way from BMW and they also sorted a preexisting issue for me as well! All done in a very polite and friendly manner, I was kept well informed every step of the way. Would 100% recommend and I will be back for future work on my car, thanks again!

Steve and his team have looked after our cars for the last two years. My only regret is not having found them earlier. Easy to book an appointment, great service, nothing is a problem. Highly recommended.

I’ve had two repairs done here, one for my boot hinge which had sheared away and the other to fix a dead alternator. Both times Steve found the cheapest way to do a reliable fix and had it sorted quickly. This is definitely my go-to garage in Cambridge for my Audi now. The one star reviews seem to follow a pattern of a similar, extremely unlikely bizarre story, all from accounts with no other activity. I’d ignore them and pay attention to reviews from more active accounts - same applies to any site with online reviews.

Put my car in for the second time here and have always received super friendly and helpful customer service. My car was looked at and got a call back with results within 20 minutes! :)

These guys really screwed me and my partner over. We took our 1 series there for brake pads and disc, a fairly simple job. They said we'd get a call back in 24hours but after waiting 6 days with no reply I went back there to find my car had been moved onto the street and parked on a double yellow. It accumulated 3 parking tickets in that time. When I spoke to the manager Steve he said that it wasn't their problem! Ended up paying £30 per ticket. My interaction with this garage cost me 6 days without my car and £90 in parking fines and they didn't even carry out any work.
