Google maps is causing all sorts of confusion by quoting incorrect information regarding service hours. Europcar Cambridge is open until 6pm both on Mondays and Tuesdays. It caused a lot of trouble for me. Luckily, branch manager, Mark Currington, was very helpful in sorting out the mess. Thank you so much. Delightful service is delivered by great people.

Worst experience ever, I am still shocked after several hours. I rented many cars and never had such a bad experience, I had already used this agency and to be honest even the first time they gave me the care with three hours delay, I didn't complain about it as I usually try to understand that inconvenience can happen but what happen today has been really unacceptable. Basically the employee after viewing my driving license started accusing me that I didn't live in the UK and that I was claiming the false ( I had the same driving license in my previous rents). He kept telling me that from their system I didn't live in the UK. He was so rude that when I complain that it looked like a police interrogation he completely went out of his mind and rejected my renting. I tried to calm him down asking at least for a refund but he invited me to go out and claim it with the company I booked the car with. My holiday were completely ruined. and I lost all the following reservations(Hotels, museums et..). I suggest you not to use this agency, I would give zero star if I could

Didn't hire a car they said l would have the hire car two days and pay £230 no way to dear. But only needed a driving licence that's good

I have to have a car from Europcar due my own car being away for damage repair. I have to say the Cambridge branch has offered a really poor service. They could not supply the specification of car required so I had another while I waited. That in itself is ok. However the car supplied needs an oil change and has a slow puncture which requires pumping up twice a day. Cambridge branch will not advise any information relating to how this issue will be rectified. Very poor service Cambridge branch. I still have the faulty car. CAMBRIDGE ANSWER ME PLEASE

Nick went well beyond the call of duty when COVID-19 absences meant the branch could not open on a Saturday in August 2021. He worked tirelessly to get the vehicle to me and my family the day before it was due to be delivered. Best service i have experienced from Europcar - other branches could learn a lot from Nick in Cambridge.

Appalling, truly awful experience. Amy (allegedly a member of the management team) requires either re training or sacking. Awful attitude. If zero star was an option Europcar would’ve deserved the rating. Important to note that Amy is mentioned negatively in other reviews yet management don’t acknowledge ! Very poor

The customer service from Amy the manager was so unbelievably appalling I had to cancel a week-long prepaid rental on the spot and leave empty handed. I simply do not feel safe or comfortable renting a car from this company. She was rude, diminutive and sarcastic the whole way through, and failed to provide even the barest professional service. I will never rent from this company again while they employ staff like this.
