I booked a car. I thought they had a very good offer. I asked in live chat two times if my booking is okay and no problem. I visited their place and asked that everything is okay. I got confirmation email. Then about 24 hours before the pick up somebody called that they will cancel it or I have to pay much larger price. Don't use this place.

Dirty reception with cobwebs and dirty handprints/fingerprints on the aluminium finished counter. The receptionist tried her best but her overly bubbly character was out of step with the dingy looking premises. She would have been better suited in a 5* hotel.

Rip off - be genuinely careful. I rented a car from here. Minor points were the terrible service, and unclean car. Major point was being overcharged over £100 to my card with no justification. I have sent several emails to them, all with automatic replies. That was two months ago, so I now I have to go through small claims. It seems ridiculous for such a small amount of money, but it's the principal that they shouldn't get away with this kind of fraud!

Nothing wrong with the car but returning it out of hours wasn't ideal. You need to tell other customers to park in closer to one another. Had to leave our vehicle on the pavement as there wasn't space!

No parking space, car different from the chosen one , but no flexibility on the returning time

Use this company every year to drive home for Christmas. Price is usually fair and my vehicle has been upgraded free of charge every time to date. Returning the vehicle out of normal working hours has always been easy and never received additional charges.

They let someone open their office for me on Sunday in order to collect forgotten documents. Very helpful!
