Cambridge Vue cinema in our opinion is definitely the best cinema at the moment in Cambridge. It is also the only cinema with reclining seats - really great marketing touch. Some now though have seen slightly better days! Vue is still a better option than compared to the likes of the Light cinema for example.

Very clean and although it's busy (as a cinema should be) staff are nice and deal with the many customers efficiently. For example I was being quite difficult as I had £2 left on my gift card and I kept asking to weigh my sweets to make sure I was making the most of my money. But they were fine with it and helped every time. FYI I spent £1.92.

I absolutely loved it! Coming from a country where the cinemas don't have reclining seats, this was an amazing experience for me. We had wide and spatious reclining seats that could go almost as far as a bed. There was a movable big tray to store your drinks and other items. The experience was amazing!

Rubbish from previous viewers was left and not cleaned up, everyone had to move it all themselves and put onto floor/other seats. Real disappointment from a hygiene perspective. Chairs were scuffed and dirty, with leather falling off in places. Screen 4 was small and everything looked outdated. Air conditioning broken as well. Definitely not worth the money; recommend going elsewhere.

Love going to this cinema, great comfy reclining seats which you can chose from where you want to sit. The only downside is that tickets are now so expensive and you have to pay for parking. Will keep returning as its our favourite cinema locally

The customer service here was amazing as staff were helpful and polite. The screen was in the perfect position allowing customers to be able to view it perfectly from every seat. The seats at the back were so comfortable as they also had a recliner and a place to put my popcorn on. I almost fell asleep as I was so cosy, it felt like a dream. This was more than just an experience. I've never had the luck to be able to try this out with the whole atmosphere being perfect.

Excellent experience. Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Reclining, comfortable chairs, far better than cineworld. Acceptable cleanliness. Crisp audio and picture quality. Movies shown all through the day. Decent popcorn. Cons: Toilets could have been a bit cleaner. Price is higher but worth the bit extra, especially if you are watching a longer film mainly due to the seats. Overall, a brilliant experience

Bit slow to get lovely popcorn. Only 3 people serving. Good seats. Excellent sound. Friendly staff. Don't know why some viewers have to have their phones on. There are enough notices telling all to turn our phones off. Good experience and very good james bond film.

I’m my opinion, the best Cinema in Cambridge. Multi-story parking on-site for under £3 (that will last the duration of the movie). All screens have spacious, electric recliners that significantly improve the experience.
