Did a decent job but then asked an increased price to what was previously agreed - not a good experience in that sense.

Have been using the score 5 years now really quick and good value

Took my car here yesterday and agreed to pay £60 for the top-level wash and wax package. (A discount from the normal 85!) They did a pretty awful job. It was extremely slap dash with dirty sections, streaks, and bits where they hadn't buffed the wax out so you could still see a thick film on the car. When mentioning this I got told it's dust... "dust because the car has been sitting here for a couple of hours". I know what dust looks like and I know what a clean car looks like. Really disappointing. The only saving grace was that they accepted reduced payment of £30, although they still wouldn't admit any error on their part.

I know they’re busy after lockdown but without any signs to warn of price increases, they asked for £23 for a standard wash and basic clean inside. Then I found that they rushed it so all of the trim around the bottom on the exterior was untouched - still as dirty as before! Not good, guys!

Tried to charge me £30 instead of £23 because my car was 'very dirty'. He decided to only give me £5 in change, car was still dirty, passenger windows still had bird poop on them. Wouldn't even bother thinking about them again

This is a very poor car wash. I cannot believe that it cost £20 for a basic in and out only to find that they managed to miss half the car!!!! Terrible
