Morrisons cambridge

It's a supermarket; the biggest letdown is the behaviour of other shoppers. The staff are generally friendly, the shelves are generally well stocked and the prices are generally acceptable. In my visit today the lady working the Deli counter was very nice and went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. This was fantastic.

We regularly shop here for convenience and we know this store very well, however it isn’t a shop we would recommend. Positives: Meats are consistently good. Cafe for what it is - is a good option for the area. Negatives: Inconsistent customer service - lacking both product knowledge and overall politeness. General staff turnover seems high and lacking consistency. Stock of produce is highly variable and some product lines just mysteriously disappear. Their fish counter produce both staffing and quality is very disappointing.

Veg and bakery quality way down hill. Made me wait ages for whiskey at the checkout as the boxes were empty. They couldn't find it and it took a lot of arguing to be able to pay for everything else and leave. Won't be returning.

Quite good selection of products. Tidy and the lady at the till was really nice and friendly. Also, big plus, they have little trolley for toddlers, which made my child really happy.

One of my favourite supermarket chains, as they sell things in smaller size (like the pate), and does not force you to buy big packs. They also have other cuts of meat, and more unusual seafood like octopus. The Cambourne branch is clean and the staff is friendly. Seriously wishing that there is one in Cambridge.

Decent enough, sometimes very low shelf stock

A nice shopping place to go for food, cosmetics, clothes and other hold goods. Till services should be improved. The adjacent restaurant in the Morrisons is below average.
