So there are 3 supermarkets this one, sainsburys and co-op. All selling the exact same stuff. As far as gluten free provision goes, there is none. No gluten free pizza. No gluten free meals AT ALL. No risotto or other ready meals, no fish fingers, or chicken nuggets. Everyone stocks the same Linda Macartney sausages (not gluten free) burgers and quorn nuggets... So for my dinner, my main meal before I go to work today its a £1 salad. I know for a fact the gluten free range from all 3 of these supermarket chains is a good one... Lots of options for dinner in a hurry, it's just none of these branches bother to cater for us. One of them really needs to up their game it literally brought me to tears today.

Among the convenience stores in the neighbourhood, Tesco has the best selection of Asian packed food, ingredients and seasoning. Most fruits and vegetables are the cheapest among the three. The staff are very responsive and helpful.
