My family and I enjoyed our Christmas Day family meal here. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Warm, festive, inviting and welcoming atmosphere, staff were very professional and cheerful, food was fantastic, with good portions sizes. The tables/seating arrangement was like a breath of fresh air, as there was so much space between tables, something you don't think about, but makes all the difference. Decor and cleansing was second to none. Every Christmas Day we eat out, The Hilton in Cambridge is by far the best.

A modern yet beautiful hotel in the middle of scenic Cambridge, a very convenient location for anyone who wants to be right in the middle of bustle, close to the high street and most colleges at the university. Our room was lovely, the executive lounge was really comfortable for working and the food was delicious! Overall, no complaints.

Good business hotel right in the thick of things. The best part was the Executive Center, available to a subset of the guests. Coffee and water all day, and in the evenings, desert and beers are available. This center was my office-away-from-the-office.

Very pleasant hotel. Compared to Hilton hotels in London I stayed in it's much better in terms of customer service, cleanliness, location and decor. The rooms could possibly be renovated, but my stay was very comfortable and I couldn't complain. I feel the restaurant meals could have been a bit tastier, but I was still happy with the quality of food I received. The location was excellent, the customer service was absolutely brilliant and the facilities were completely sufficient for a 2-night stay. Thank you.

It's ideally placed, and has a car park underneath. The breakfast is really good. However, they don't seem to cater for female guests (you have to ask for shower caps, cotton pads etc) and they seem to have a shortage of staff who didn't clean the room because they were too busy to wait until we'd left for the day. It's a management issue - the staff are all very friendly. If those things were fixed, I'd give it 5*.

Only stayed the 1 night, our room was very clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were welcoming and polite, but have a way of being very discreate and appearing at the right time when you require assistants. The breakfast was great and a lot of choices to suit everyone. I would recommend the Hilton Cambridge City Centre for all of the above and also great central location being in easy reach of shops, restaurants and tourist activities and theatres.

It's a nice hotel and comfortable bar lounge area. We just went in for coffee, tea and cakes but they didn't have many of the cakes that were on the menu. Maybe better for drinks. But it is a convenient, central location and the staff delivered great service.
