I got great service here today from a colleague by the name of courtney Collin who went out of her way to help unfortunately I cantsee anything on the receipt to let the store know. Excellent service

What a contrast with Boots just down the road. In Boots I asked a pharmacist about lateral flow tests and he directed me to the Medicines counter, where I queued for 15 minutes, only to be told they had run out! When I told the pharmacist, so that he could warn other customers, he brushed me off with a curt, "That's not my problem". Walked 2 minutes to Superdrug, Sidney Street and (a) there was NO queue, (b) they HAD lateral flow tests and (c) they were friendly and helpful. From now on when I'm in Cambridge it's always Superdrug, never Boots!

My partner had her Covid jab her and all the staff made it as pain free experience as possible. Hats off to them. The store looks quite decent as well lager than your average chemist and well stocked.
