Post counter Closed at 17:25, staff were rude. Would never go there if not because its location. Doubt the accuracy of their scale.

I could not believe it! The woman in the till was so rude! She shout at me post office is close!! And it was only 17:15. Change your google schedule then! And threat people with respect! Not coming back!

Big queue and only one member of staff available. The lady working here looks overworked and has to handle two counters. Need an additional member of staff

I've been there twice in the last month and it's been quite ineffecient. First time I had to wait there for 30 min to get my parcel, even though I was the first customer in the shop I had to wait until other customers were served because there was only 1 person in the counter and didn't want to go and look for my parcel. Second time, same person would not give me a tracking number for my parcel and got annoyed about the idea of doing it again to get my tracking number... It was quite rude. They might need more people working there because the main post office looks always close, so you have to go through the main shop counter which takes ages and the person working there looks so stressed All the time...

The worst post office ever after they moved to groceries counter. Very unkind.

Would give no stars if I could - given my parcel to the wrong person. Very rude and no apology given when asked what the next steps would be to sort this. Avoid.

Since it was taken over by asian store owner it got even worse than it was. Staff is rude and cannot take a simple prepaid parcel. Couple behind the counter said that what I brought them was not a Royal Mail parcel but something for a private courier just because they couldn't scan QR code or enter the reference number manually. Couldn't or wouldn't that is a different story as they didn't even want to try. The woman behind the counter said that this is not their QR code - first time met a person with scaner in their eyes who could distinquish them. Of course at other post office nearby it was accepted without a problem. Just avoid, haven't met such ill-mannered people in a while.

Very bizarre customer experience. The woman at the post office today was incredibly rude. When I was finally acknowledged and asked to send my parcel she replied ‘well I don’t know how I’m sending it’ and threw her arms in the air. That is a question you ask your customers when you work in a post office?

The old lady who is usually behind the Post Office counter is unbelievably rude and discriminates people. Today I went to the post office to send my parcel. The lady was stocking the shelves and ignoring me there and she knew I was waiting for the counter service. I waited for a minute and ask her if they were serving for post office. She said I am stocking now, wait a minute. Another minute, I waited and asked her if they serve at the counter. She gave me the look and angrily threw boxes on the floor and came to the counter with a rude attitude. When I ask her what the problem is, she started arguing and refusing to serve me. It took nearly 5-6 minutes argument and everybody was waiting in the queue. She acted like I was the person behaving rude, unreasonable and impatient by being there to post my parcel. I asked to talk to the owner in the store. The other lady said to me the owner is not there and they told me I can call the owner on the phone. I asked what her name is to make a complaint about her and she refused to give me her name. When I call the store on the phone, the old lady answered the phone and claiming her name is SHINY and she was the supervisor. Is this a joke? First they said the owner is not there and they didn't mention she was the supervisor and giving me the store's telephone number by knowing I would call on the number they gave me. And then she claims she is the supervisor on the phone. .. Absolutely terrible customer service. This happened to me second time. I see many reviews about her rudeness and I can't believe how McColl's still tolerate this type of customer service.
