I like this post office, it sells quite a lot of items. Sometimes there is a queue, but it goes very quick. The staff are normally happy to help. However, the last few times I have been in, those behind the counter have actually spoken in depth to others that are being served next to me or either who are in queue behind me, then I am asked to repeat what I said!!

This is simply the most convenient and friendly post office I have ever been to in my life, not just in Cambridge but anywhere. I had three parcels, all of which I packed in the store itself and I was in and out in less than 6 minutes. Although the office on Regent St. is nice, it is always busy and crowded. This one, however, on Napier st is simply blissful to deal with. Thank you to the wonderful staff and keep up the great work! Don't listen to the negative reviews, many of which seem tinged with racism against immigrants and a despicable sense of entitlement toward working class folks.

Have used this post office a small handful of times & recently each time I’ve left feeling like it was an inconvenience for the staff to have to stop what they were doing to serve me. No hello or smiles or goodbye. Have tried to phone to find out if I could gather any information available on a parcel I posted from there which hasn’t reached its destination, but the phone kept cutting out. I’ve definitely been put off continuing to use this post office because of the unfriendliness I’ve experienced.

Handy post office if you are visiting the Grafton or this side of town. The shop is a bit small i.e if there's a queue you might have to queue out the door, but in all reality that's not a negative. The service is good and reliable. Better than a lot of sub post offices these.

Have now left Cambridge but used this post office regularly for about a year while I lived there. Never once had a positive experience. In fact most of the time I dreaded going there. None of the staff are friendly, some are outright rude. On one occasion I walked up to the counter, the lady was watching a Facebook video on her phone, barely looked up. I showed her a QR code to print a label in store. Still without looking up she scanned the code. It didn’t read properly. She looked at me dead in the eyes and said it didn’t work. So I asked her if she could please try it again, to which she replied “why would I try it again if it didn’t work the first time?” After a few grumbles and groans she reluctantly rescanned it and it went through. She then without a word printed the label and stuck it on the parcel, all the while watching her video. Shocking service. In summary, if you’re able to go to another post office, go there. If you aren’t, best of luck.

Twice now I have asked specifically for a recorded delivery. I didn't question it the first time. But again today I asked for a recorded delivery. I didn't ask for guaranteed next day delivery. However both times he asked me for over £6 for a recorded delivery letter. As he had already printed and stuck on a Special delivery sticker. I am sorry but my opinion is he does this deliberately to charge more.. he tried to explain that recorded is special delivery. But If I just wanted "signed for" I should have asked for this. Nonsense. "Signed for" is recorded and guaranteed next day is "Special delivery" You need to stop this practice it's wrong and you are cheating. How many people do you do this to??
