The facilities are not well kept, the Celsius area for premium members is always lacking maintenance. The size of your towels wouldn't even cover my dog so most members struggle! It is a shame because I want to give a 5 star because of my ex PT Ash Stock. He was amazing throughout the process and still continues. I have finished my sessions with him he still stays in contact and I can see how much effort he and other members of staff put into that club. I think management or head office need to change some rules in terms of whether they would like to earn money in one go or they would like customer retention

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE!! Was interested in a membership and booked an appointment with James for a tour of the facilities, I was kept waiting for twenty minutes and saw James idling around and completely ignoring us. Absolute time wasters and rude, the outside swimming pool looks small and poorly designed, no space for loungers. Please dont waste your money on David Lloyd Club Cambridge and choose somewhere else.

So what really differentiates these guys from the rest? It is simply the PEOPLE. All the David Lloyd Fitness instructors are very knowledgeable, passionate and professional in every aspect. They make the workout fun and challenging. The customer service is on a different scale as they will personally review your complaint, be honest where they’ve made a mistake and put things right immediately in your best interest. Signing up for a 12month contract is well worth it! It has changed our family life. Thank you everyone at Cambridge especially Jenny, Julia, Ben and James for fulfilling our expectations and making this a wonderful and enjoyable experience.

Fantastic gym, everything is well kept and clean, the staff are cheerful and friendly, there are many clubs on and the food is great. Would recommend to anyone.

Rude staff, no compensation during refurb works when I am unable to use what I paid extra for over half a year. Do not sign up to this gym, go somewhere cheaper and spend the difference on a PT

I love the communication system of the club. Always get informed early about facilities update or new arrangement. That helps a lot to avoid disappointing visits. The club takes members' opinion seriously. The club works hard to improve its quality of facilities and services. The environment is very clean and tidy. Impressive SPA with a lot of interesting facilities. The sauna is very powerful with good condition. The club always asks for members'opinion after classes. It means that the instructors are supported by the club members. Not because of his or her good relationship with the management crew.

Just dropped our grandchildren off for their swimming lesson as their parents were still at work. Kids are members ,we're not, so plenty forms to fill in security wise and the inevitable health and safety . Shame the health and safety wasn't up to much the other week when my granddaughter slipped and cut her chin and ended up in A&E. Anyway the swimming lessons looked money for old rope as a bored middle aged person spent minimum effort for half hour watching the kids swim backwards and forwards for about 5 metres. Kids loved it though. The place was busy and cafeteria looked nice and I'm surprised so many people have so much money to spend at a place that charges extortionate memberships. Anyway unless the kids need us to take them swimming again,we wont be back anytime soon.

Great club, normal membership includes, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, classes, gym, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, restaurant, soft play, badminton courts and kids. The spa is also fantastic but not including in the basic membership. It’s not cheap but you get a lot for your money.

Great gym in the outskirts of Cambridge. The installations they have are really good, and also the classes they teach. There is also a big spa with loads of different great facilities and an outside jacuzzi. All the employees are very nice and the ambiance feels very welcoming.

Great gym with a lot of equipment and a good vibes. At restaurant amazing and pretty customer service. Monika was extraordinary.
