5/ 5

This is the first time I have had my nails done at this particular place. I had my nails done yesterday. I am so happy with the results. I came in with a particular design that I wanted. The gentleman that did my nails was very good. He listened to what I wanted-shape and design. I find this salon clean and tidy. All staff where waring a face mask . I am definitely going to be coming back!! Price was definitely fair.

I arrived there and was told to sit down not expectating a 1.5 hour wait to get sat down in a chair

I arrived there and was told to sit down not expectating a 1.5 hour wait to get sat down in a chair then wait 15 min for someone to come they finally arrive and I show them what I would like. The nails where noticeabley far away from my nail beds pretty much every nail has bubbles and is wonky the ring fingers I had a different design then the design got air bubbles i then told the person doing it and he just put another clear coat on which did nothing. I’m not happy with the experience it was a massive waste of my time

I was a bit gutted to be honest. First time in years I’ve gone to have my nails done & I walked in

3/ 5

I was a bit gutted to be honest. First time in years I’ve gone to have my nails done & I walked in after making an appointment online I was told to take a seat but it’s like I wasn’t expected. I had stated what I wanted in my messages & I assumed (incorrectly ) that I’d be asked how I wanted them before it started but because I wasn’t I assumed (again incorrectly) that they must know from the messages... I was asked what shape & I chose. When it came to the design I was told that I should have told her before the nails had started.. well no.. I should have been asked.. I don’t know the process, how should I know that the process would be different for different designs.. ? over all the nails were done ok which is why 3 stars not 1 but I was very disappointed I couldn’t have the design I wanted & The atmosphere was very stale. No music, which ok, that’s probably cutting licensing costs but no effort for customer service was made & I felt like I was on a conveyor belt..

I normally go to this salon but today I was not happy with the results, the nails looked unfinished

1/ 5

I normally go to this salon but today I was not happy with the results, the nails looked unfinished and the person who did my nails did not pay attention to detail. He didnt even oil my nails at the end for cuticle care. My black french tips look uneven, inconsistent and wonky. Not worth going back to this salon. I was very disappointed with the quality of service today. My friend also got her nails removed but she was cut with the drill bit and there was no sanitation done. It was very reckless.
