Lakeland cambridge

I love this place. When we had clothes moths at the cottage went to Lakeland and bought lavender moth kill for clothes and wool carpet. The most amazing gadget a spice roller. You just slab all your spices on a board intended for a meal. Rollover the spices and they are perfectly dices for fish and poultry. Hot peppers; garlic and parsley and lemon sliced perfectly just roll and voila!

Popped in here to get a present for a friend. Was asked by a member of staff if I needed help, I did and was given excellent customer service.

I've been a Lakeland customer for many years until Lakeland closed their Cardiff store this year. So as I was in the area visiting family, I decided to visit this store to purchase the Stainless Steel 5 piece 5 ply set (26618) as it cannot be purchased online. I rang several times the day before to check if it was in stock, but nobody answered. So you can imagine how annoyed I was to discover when I was old by their staff that not only was it not stocked at that particular branch, but that the company has no stock whatsoever, only individual pans and they would not make up the set from individual pans for the same price (£209.99). It seems that Lakeland are no longer interested in customer service only your money.

Have been a customer of Lakeland for a long time. Great selection of kitchen appliances, gadgets etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful and overall find Lakeland an excellent shop. 😃
