Purchased some great dangly earrings and the sales lady was brilliant!

I love this shop. I've been shopping there for many years and know several of the people who work there. I couldn't disagree more with the poor reviews, the staff are attentive and super-helpful even when asked annoying questions at busy periods! They aren't 'all over you' but just offer help when required. And the clothes are fabulous.

unbelievable rude staffs. Floor staffs have no basic customer service training at all, no one has smiles on their face. My friend tried 3 jumpers and a pair of shoes. She left the jumpers inside the changing room as no staff serving beside the changing room. later one of staffs took the jumpers out and asked her if she wanted it or not, is it not a common sense: customers will take the cloth to the till if they want it? When we told the same staff we don't want the shoes neither, she took the shoe box away and dump it to the floor which making a very loud sound. Really don't understand how staffs behave so stupidly.

Beautiful store with beautiful clothing, but something rly needs to be done about the changing rooms. The curtains do not close completely so people can see you getting undressed!
