If you want to print and pay with card and your card is not signed on the back, I would recommend finding an alternative to printing here. Or if if you want to buy anything in the store in general with a credit card, make sure your card is signed before you enter the store. They won't accept (in my experience) a card that is not signed on the back even if you have a vaild form of picture identification because "any one could sign the card" even though you can present valid ID that has a signature on it. They will hold your printing hostage until you can go get cash from the ATM. The older lady that works there is (in my opinion) very rude in the way she expresses and conducts herself when informing you that she cannot accept your card if it is not signed. Fine. I get it. You can't accept the card, but don't be nasty about it.

Would like to put a massive shout out to Chris at Rymans Stationery in Sidney Street Cambridge. After some confusion over an order I had placed online and the collection date, Chris managed to locate everything I had ordered in store so that my hubby could collect immediately instead of Tuesday the next week! Very disappointed with the price of ink cartridges: a multipack of four standard 551 CLI Canon cartridge is £49.99 in this shop while it is 27.61 in Staples and £38.99 in John Lewis. This price is ridiculous!

I went today to send some documents by dhl express but unfortunately dhl is currently not operating in my receiver's address. My 5 stars go to Stuart. He is a role model for those people involve with customer service. His patience was commendable. He explored a lot of options to help me. His willingness to help is not something you see everyday. Even though I was not able to send my documents and I only had 2 hours of sleep after a night shift, what he did for me today made my day.
