Had the worst customer service here by a lady of Chinese origin. She was rude and unhelpful, and refused my student discount even though I had the right ID. Her manager said it was okay to give me the discount and she still refused and found a problem with it.. hate going back to that store because of her.

Always friendly staff but have to wait a while due to small number of staff in store.

Although a this particular store is one of the smaller ones a lot of products are stocked. Every time I come in I seem to be attracted to a new product, which is a credible thing for H&B. Amazing staff - always happy to talk and very personabale. My go-to H&B store.

Went into today to grab a bottle of water for work. As always, the staff at Holland and Barret are helpful and in the mood for a chat.

Brilliant knowledgeable staff very friendly and polite.Brought 2 products from them today and the cherry tablets are very good indeed.
