Langford Lakes Nature Reserve, Wiltshire Wildlife Trust salisbury

A quiet attractive area, with level paths and hides around several lakes. Lots of info and seating in all the hides. Plenty of bird life around so take your camera and binoculars. No dogs allowed and free admission and car parking. Large visitor centre overlooking one of the lakes. Disabled facilities provided.

Spent a nice couple of hours wandering around the paths, sitting in bird hides, and generally escaping from the modern world. I found the place very easy to find, well maintained. Parking was easy on May Bank Holiday.

Fabulous place to take family and friends and our fury little ones, have a walk enjoy nature, if it's hot take a dip to cool off, such a magical place.

Great place for a walk. Lovely little restaurant on the lake. Enjoyed home made apple juice made from apples grown there. Lots of room for kids to run around.

A bit cold the day we went for our walk, but well worth the effort. Nice scenery including some lovely lake views. The little cafe was well worth a visit, with friendly helpful staff and a Lemon Drizzle Cake worth the visit all on it's own.

Parking is limited so get there early, lovely walk around the lake lots of wildlife as well as the geese, swans and too many others to mention.

Excellent stop off on our journey home. Perfect length for a little walk and space for a picnic. Children enjoyed the little play trail and the bird hides along the walk as well. Lots to see across the different lakes. Toilets were clean. There is a cafe although it wasn't open due to a wedding when we went.

Packed with wild fowl,lots of hides, very well maintained by volunteers. Great job,well worth a visit.
