Dangerous advice While the customer service was perfectly friendly the advice they gave us was frankly dangerous. We recently noticed our car making a lot of noise particularly at high speeds. Having been told by an independent garage we may have a wheel bearing going and that we should not drive the vehicle at high speed we took it to Kwik-Fit to confirm this verdict (we had previously been told that the wheel bearings had been checked recently and so were dubious of the initial diagnosis). Kwik-Fit confidently informed us that all our wheel bearings were fine and that the noise we were hearing from the car was just due to a loose panel on the wheel arch, indeed the member of staff in question explicitly gave me a 100% guarantee that the car was safe to drive at high speed. We have since taken the car to another garage you confirmed that the issue was indeed a wheel bearing and have since had it fixed, which sure enough eliminated the noise. Would absolutely not use again.

Mixed experience here. On the plus side they fitted my battery while I waited. And waited. And waited. The minus side? Even though the service personnel were in the waiting area talking to other customers, no-one felt it necessary to tell me the job was finished. For 15 minutes.... When I approached the manager and asked him how long the job would take he just beamed and said "It's all finished - how's that for good service?" Well I'll tell you how that is for good service - it sucks. The battery is fine and the price was OK, which gets Kwik Fit 3 stars. Wouldn't be my first port of call next time though.

Very helpful to a disabled friend. The staff were friendly and explained things in simple English so the problem was easy to understand.

I trust these guys and in safe hands. Price wise kwik-fit really affordable as well. Bookings and payment system is very user friendly.

I had my car transported there on Monday because of a puncture and I was happy I had it taken there and not the closest garage as the service I received was brilliant and everyone was friendly and helpful. (I've been to many garages to compare)They also managed to repair the tyre rather than replace, saving a lot of money. Would recommend this Kwik-Fit to anyone. I already have one of our company cars going there today based on my experience with the guys there. Thanks everyone.

I had a Fantastic experience dealing with Richard B from the Newmarket road branch. My tire had a puncture which was repaired very quickly and effectively. It’s great to be reminded what great customer service can be like! I would happily recommend this Kwik Fit to any one

I always get my work done here in a very reliable way! They accommodate you dropping the car by earlier and contact you once the working done. This workshop is also my first choice for MOT testing. The free break test while fitting new tyres has confirmed that I don’t need to worry about these parts for a while. It also helps that a friendly of technicians work at this branch!
