The Medical Centre, Taff’s Well cardiff

What brilliant service at this GP surgery! I registered today as a new patient, but hoped to get an appointment ASAP. The receptionist went out of her way to help me and I received a call from the doctor within an hour of leaving. Honestly feel like this is the best treatment I have ever had at a doctors.

In response to the gentleman below complaining about flu jabs. Be grateful that we have this option. The NHS and medical surgery staff are constantly under a lot of pressure. I had to wait about 3 weeks for mine, but you get it in the end. Great practice, great receptionists and great Doctors.

Phoned today 10/10/17 for an appointment for flu jab. I was offered one appointment and was told that was all they had when I said that was it was difficult for me. Only one possible slot? I'm afraid such a negative and obstructive response from the receptionist is simply not acceptable.

Friendly reception and doctor/nurses Waiting times can be long for an appointment. But that seems to be normal these days

This is an excellent Practice with efficient friendly receptionists and admin staff. As our family Doctor, Dr Morris has been so kind and caring during a particularly difficult and stressful time for me. We are so thankful to have this Practice in our village.

Definitely the best surgery I've ever had, ive moved around a lot so I've had a few. Excellent doctors, never feel pressed for time and appointments, emergency meds or consultations always accommodated well and timel. All complimented by great nurses and receptionists who are always professional and friendly

A brilliant village doctors.The team at the medical centre are fantastic and are there to help you. They have looked after myself and my family for years. You always feel at ease calling they listen .Even in these times of lockdown will always get a call back appointment from one of the medical centres friendly drs; a Service which is extremely reassuring with a young family.I cannot speak highly enough of them-thank you the team at the medical centre Taff Well
