My Mum sees a doctor from cardiology Mr Thomas he is Mr Ellises registrar. He is always fantastic with my mum. She had heart failure January 2018 if it was not for the help doctors and nurses in the Royal Glamorgan. she should have died.

Between Friday and this morning I have phoned this hospital 8 times, there is an automated message right at the beginning so I have been charged for these phone calls but not been able to speak to a single person! Meanwhile my 8 year old child is suffering because this hospital has failed to send out her follow up appointment. Absolutely disgusting! I will be making an official complaint.

Because somone was exempt from wearing a mask and wouldn't put one on due to their medical situation, They were told to wait outside on a cold winters day (Temperature was 5 degrees.) Did not bother me at all if they put a mask on or not.. Happy for them to stay where they were. The nurse and the doctor was top form , But in a badly run organisation. (The new norm.)
