Cartwright Travel cardiff

I’ve been to quite a few travel agents around Cardiff in the last few weeks as I’m currently hunting for the best possible safari honeymoon. This company seemed ok but I didn’t leave the place feeling like they were going to do all they could to help find the holiday I’m looking for. They just took our phone number and said they would call us back when they get information... they didn’t even take our email address to send us stuff over. When you’re buying any holiday especially an expensive one like this you want to be able to look at photos etc to see what you’re being offered and not just have it explained over the phone. That said the staff were nice and quite professional but there didn’t seem to be any personal touches and there seemed to be more of a next customer please attitude.

Had a cruise booked and paid for 4 months in advancea nd then 2 weeks before sailing my room was cancelled saying the room was no longer available.
