First time for me to travel on the weekend..had the most fabulous time in Edinburgh..we travelled with the wonderful driver Julian very attentive.. very witty which made the journey pleasant..I will definitely be booking you again..when you get the prices for Ireland next year please let me know. It was the best experience thank you.

Over priced, there's a lot better hoilday and prices else where prvoiding u don't mind flying. Second thing we booked to go to salou with ferris on the particular date of this year, told us just over a month before going they had canceled the trip so lucky we hadn't booked anything out in salou all ready, but I'm aslo glad as we have found a cheaper hoilday in a better resort with Thomson which was very helpful we are naw going to the baleric Islands at a much better price and hotel. I won't be going back to ferris for the cancellation and price they charge for the holidays.

I just want to say a big thankyou to ferris for their fantastic service. From booking and right back home all staff were amazing. Drivers were brilliant and the coach stewards were brilliant, sam on the way home was amazing and so friendly and very efficient. Sad to be home looking at booking this july we hope finance permitting. Big thanks once again ferris xx

First time with Ferris and first time on a long coach journey. Went to Calella for New Year with family and stayed at The Olympic. Great time and both Ferris and hotel staff were great. Food was excellent. Will use Ferris again. Keep up the good work from Peter in Manchester.

Been going to Spain with Ferris for many years. Fabulous company. Regular stops and hot and cold drinks for sale.

From the outset, booking a trip with Ferris was a breeze. I felt assured and in safe hands; especially with the level of communication from Barclee and Darren. We were a group of 22 excitable hen party members on our way to Brighton from the Valleys. Dan our driver was brilliant. He arrived on time and let us take some time to decorate the bus. He was very patient and professional for the 6 hour journey (to and from Brighton), especially whilst we sang our hearts out the whole way. He was friendly and approachable. The bus was brilliantly clean and we especially appreciated the cleanliness of the onboard toilet. It was also a very lovely surprise to have a bigger sized bus. We're a group that are always looking for the next trip destination and after this weekend, I can confidently say that I will be contacting Ferris and requesting Dan for future journeys. Thanks to the Team and to Dan. See you again soon, I'm sure.

A very unprofessional driver was tailgating us with his coach in the third lane (buses and coaches aren't allowed). I understand this was just one driver but when we called to complain we were patronised and not taken seriously at all. Very disappointing as I thought they would be interested in keeping their drivers professional. Evidence has now been sent to police. Hopefully he did not have passengers on board while driving so carelessly.
