Lovely spa day here. Staff are fab. I joined in with Aqua fit and was really impressed ghe teacher was great, music was good. Has z facial too and that was excellent.

Going to a spa where you have to either walk bare footed or pay for flip flops not only is terrible is un hygienic. Which mentions not where when booking the girl who done the treatment was brilliant and really enjoyed the massage she give me flipflops and i thought nothing of it . We enjoyed our day i was walking to the spa to had in our robes and get my driving licence back as for some reason they take it off you again never had this is any spa ive been too and thats a lot ! The red head women i think the( manger )? Was on the phone and made us wait there for easily 5 minutes another girl came out to help me and my mother and the red headed girl so no ill sort these took the padlock and robes still on the phone ( ive literally waiting for my licence) she said have you give me the pad lock i said yes you just took it she then asked me if i had complimentary flipflops i said yes the girl gave me then ( shes holding my licence ) and said well i need the "complimentary' flipflops back and wouldn't give me my licence until i had handed the used flipflops back i asked of she was serious ? It wouldn't of been an issue at all if it wasn't for her attitude and making us wait. I was so excited to return but now ill go else where. In other spas just saying you get a free bag, flip flops and body oil for the same price. Please contact me as this needs to be addressed.

My husband booked us both for a full body massage as it was my birthday. This is my favourite spa and we have been a few times over the last 7 years. It was amazing as we had the massage together. Chloe did a brilliant job on my old muscles! Sorry Andy couldn't remember the girls name..but said she found all his tense areas. Thank you for my birthday present to very thoughtful. We shall be back again soon.
