Clean and we'll stocked. Quite small and the queue can move slowly. Well located centrally.

Terrible service in this branch, normally think Lloyds Pharmacy are really good. A lot of their stock is past its sell by date so please check before you buy.

Horrendous. Refused an imminently needed prescription because, as I overheard the staff saying 'she was leaving in ten minutes no matter what'. No one else in the shop at that point. I even said, I needed to take it that night. Did not care. Now going to the hospital to sit in A&E and waste NHS time so I can get the antibiotics I desperately need. Utterly negligent.

I was booked in for 2:00 pm for a flu jab but my time was changed until 2:15 pm I didnt find the assistant over friendly just kept on about there is three job vacancies going in and no one has bothered to apply I got in eventually to the consultation room to have the flu jab only to be told that they didnt have the correct vaccination for the over 40s and they should of let me know which they didnt so felt it was a wasted journey but when i gave them the information to contact me she went to the dispenser assistant and told me to wait a minute and after waiting a futher 10 minutes was told they could do it to be fair the nurse was quite apologetic and I couldnt fault her but all the assistant kept going on about was these three job vacancies that no one has applied for I felt it didnt give a good image for the company I personally wouldnt go there again from my own experience and there wasnt any proper communication between the staff so will be avoididng the place in the near future

What a terrible service. From start to finish. What a joke. Outrageous.

Never in my life did I think that something so insignificant and routine like picking up a prescription could turn into a Karen induced living hell. All other Lloyds pharmacies are quality. This one to put it bluntly: Is the worst thing to happen to Wilton since the invention of traffic lights.

Staff were rude and took over an hour waiting in the queue for a flu vaccine.
