The work that Martin has completed on a family grave is amazing. His work is so thorough and caring and wants to take the time to make the grave look its best. I signed up to have a onetime maintenance visit to rectify the issues, but immediately after engaging with Martin on how reasonably priced and professional is his work is. I have signed up for visits every 6 months to make sure it remains at the high standard that Martin has set with it. All of this was done via email and phone as I live some distance away from the family grave in question, but Martin made the whole process so easy. From engaging with him initially to all work being completed was less than a week. I really cannot recommend the services he offers.

We had an issue with a family memorial stone having sunk and also need re gilding. I spoke to Martin who was personable and understanding. He visited the crematorium and provide an extremely competitive quote. The work was carried out within a few weeks and before and after photographs provided upon completion. It is obvious fro speaking and dealing with Martin that he is professional, understanding and really cares about the quality of service he is providing. I would have no reservations in recommending Grave Matters for future work.

I have been using Grave Matters for over twelve years. Ownership has now changed hands and I am delighted to say that Martin Thomas, the new owner, has continued to maintain my four family plots to the previous very high standard. Two of the plots have planters which he replants twice a year. For medical reasons I cannot look after the planters for a short while and Martin has kindly offered to look after them for me. That's what I call excellent service and very good value.

We would like to start by saying THANK YOU VERY MUCH You have done a amazing Job and continue to do a very high standard your very understanding of our wishes very polite and easy to speak too always gives us updates about your visit I would highly recommend to everyone if you cannot get to visit your loved ones grave as often too and you need someone to look after and make sue that there resting place is kept clean to your high standards then give mr Thomas at grave matters a call I look forward to mr Thomas doing his amazing job well into the future ❤️❤️❤️ I CAN ONLY GIVE FIVE STARS BUT Deserves a lot more
