Had a lovely meal here this evening. Our server was a lovely red haired girl called Hollie (I think). Very pleasant and polite. Love coming here, always get nice food. We'll be back soon.

Great salad bar, I had my birthday there and they bring out the cake sang happy birthday. Everything that you would need for a great birthday! Altogether the food was delicious. My family shared the kilo of ribs, great for 2 as you can split it just right. Also the drinks are very cool because there is a refill drink machine. You can refill anytime even if your drink is not finished. You can have ice and loads of different varieties!! 5 star restaurant!

This Harvester was one of the better ones I have visited. The restaurant was very clean upon entering, the toilets were very clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The menu is the same as other Harvesters but the food was cooked perfectly. The parking is a bit limited but that isn't really their fault. I would recommend a visit here.

Technically 2 reviews in one... My girlfriend and I went to harvester for our 1 year anniversary of being together. As you do. Was a Sunday at 8:30pm we sat down. I ordered the tofu skewers and there were 2 skewers with only 2 bits of tofu on each. The rice was microwaved and clumped together though the peas were rather nice. Not very happy as that's £11 for a microwaved bag of rice and a very underwhelming 4 bits of tofu. On the other hand. My girlfriend ordered the vegan burger and she felt bad about how my food looked and tasted she decided to switch half way. Her meal was brilliant but bless her she had to put up with clump together hard rice at the end of her meal.

Awful service, asked for under the table to be cleaned when we sat down, because chips etc had been squashed into the floor and it was slippery it still hadn't been done when we left. Waited 10-15 minutes after looking at the menu and then had to ask for someone to take our order for food and drinks, after finishing we had to wait another 17 minutes before again asking for someone to clear the table. We had no time to wait for dessert, we wouldn't mind if the restaurant was busy but it wasn't,yet some staff were walking around, getting themselves drinks from the bar and doing very little.

The actual breakfast tasted great. However the service was appalling! The restaurant was very quiet with plenty of staff and yet we still sat over 30 minutes waiting for someone to come and take our breakfast order. This was only achieved by myself flagging down the waiter as he walked past us once again without any acknowledgement. While taking our order we queried if the fruit juice and hot drinks where refillable and if the unlimited continental was still running as the menu was a bit unclear - we never got an answer about the continental. Once the waiter brought our drinks there was no stirrer or spoon available to stir the milk into our hot drinks so we had to flag someone down yet again. Upon drinking my tea, as i got closer to the bottom i realised that the bottom of the inside of my cup was filthy with what appeared to be old thick coffee. I pointed this out to the waiter and he stated that ‘that looks disgusting’ and he offered to make me another. When our breakfast was delivered we once again had to request cutlery and we also had one of our items missing off the plate which was corrected once pointed out. All in all the breakfast tasted lovely however the service was by far the worst i have ever received. We didn't have any continental breakfast as we are still left unsure if this was in with the price so we have ended up spending £21.94 on two breakfast's that we could of got for under half that price from most other places. I have been a regular customer to Harvester for many years, I will now think twice about ever going again due to the appalling service.

I've been to this Harvester a couple of times now and I have been overwhelmed by the hospitality of the staff here! It was a busy night Tonight and the staff were rushed off their feet, but they made sure we had a pleasant experience. I want to give a big shout and thank you out to our server, Dan, who went above and beyond to make our time there as pleasant as possible, despite how busy he was. He noticed straight away that my 4 year old son was practicing his Welsh, and took it upon himself to converse and take his order in Welsh which made my son's night! The food was fresh and tasty as always and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Thanks again, and we will be back in the future.

Food was excellent and the staff here are amazing. They really go the extra mile to deliver wonderful customer service. The young lady who showed us to our table was absolutely lovely! I would also like to give Ollie a huge 5* for his fantastic service. He was so friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely family meal and will definitely be returning ☺

Great quality food. Amazing staff, very accommodating to needs. Service was excellent. Overall lovely dinner. Defiantly would come back again!!

Very covid aware - we were asked to 'check in' and sanitise our hands before being seated. Staff all wore masks. Tables, floor and all surfaces were spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Quick & friendly service.
