IMO Car Wash cardiff

Been today to get help wet vacuuming my car as I had a leak from the engine area due to blocked drainage and all the overnight rain poured into my foot wells. Patrick from PVS Valeting was AMAZING. So friendly and helpful. Sorted the sopping wet floor, hoovered the entire car, wiped down all the trims and fascia and cleaned the windows. Such fantastic customer service - I am so very grateful :-)

Hello, I went to your car wash today (Tesco western ave Cardiff) and just had to say the service I received was wonderful. What a gentleman the man was (He had an eyebrow piercing and dark hair) He was so polite, friendly and did such a good job on my car Please will you pass on my thanks to him, it’s not common these days to get good service let alone great! been using this wash a while now as ive a catering business local to the wash(3 vans),went in today and asked if he could get all the black marks off as the van was covered, he brushed the whole van by hand and it came out spotless... thanks great job

Just been through car wash , 6.50 wash ,the guy was so friendly and helpful and my car looked amazing and my alloys have never been so clean

Paid for the top wash. Had issues with the standard of wheel cleaning in the past, so got out to check. Still filthy. Went back round and they agreed to wash them again. Stupidly, trusted they would actually be clean now and drove off. Got home and still filthy. Used this company's car washes elsewhere and no issues, but this one just can't clean wheels.

Excellent customer service,went through the car wash, and was very happy with the results,my car looked great 👍.

Don't waste your money on this. Went to wash my car, they did just one pass and the rooftoop and back window remained dirty. Not worth it.

No valeting service available at the moment so it’s just an automated car wash for now

Perfect if you are after a regular car wash, not the place at fault but I was looking for a high clearance car wash for my camper. Searched for a high clearance car wash on Google maps and this came up ***NOT A HIGH CLEARANCE CAR WASH***
