I had a problem with an item I ordered online so I decided to take the faulty tiles back to the store instead. I was helped by a really helpful member of staff called 'Mandy'. She was both understanding and apologetic about the problems (and the lack of communication from customer services about the issue). She refunded the item with no problems at all and it turned a bad experience into a good one. I thought I'd leave a review as it's just really refreshing to find someone who cares about their job and really just wants to make sure the customer is happy. Thank you Mandy :D
