Absolutely over the moon with my hair cut by Anna. Will deffo be going back in a week or two. Not over priced either. I loved the deco and the staff are so friendly. Highly recommended

Moved to Whitchurch in April, found Lazrou and haven’t ventured elsewhere since. George always offers a warm welcome, is extremely friendly and chatty, always remembers what you last talked about and asks after you! His cuts are always of a high standard as he is very attentive to detail. He listens to you when you ask for more or less hair off and I’ve always left chuffed with my cut. I am moving to Thailand and hope that the cuts out there are half as good as they are at Lazrou! Highly recommended. Jonathan.

Excellent Salon, thoroughly clean, I was well consulted and got the exact finish I wanted. Highly recommend.

Avoid this place especially the hair extensions. If you want to spend £750 and them only last 11 weeks. But no point complaining becusee the owners daughter is responsible for hair extensions and can be as unprofessional as she sees fit. Complete waste of money and time. Shocking attitude towards customers. When I rang to complain I was told by the staff that im " out of order" !!!! Just awful

Have been going to lazerous for about 30 years. Always enjoy having roots/foils/blow-dry done. Lovely, friendly staff, especially Helen, my stylist who always manages to make me feel so good when I walk out the door.

Amazing service as always, deb is just an amazing hairdresser, she only one that I allow to do my hair.

Happy experience with George as a new customer. Fantastic service, reasonable prices, and good chat. Will return when hair grows back.

This is now Sero vegan takeaway and serves fantastic food! Generous portions of totally vegan burgers, sandwiches etc and great friendly staff!
